Welcome to the fifth year of DiscoAbsurdo! It’s hard to believe – and hard to comprehend – we’ve been together for half a decade. Many of you know that we met on the now defunct MyFriendsterSpaceBook. As legend has it, Olson was working as a solo musician under the name Auto-Dichotomy, and when he heard the music of one Uncle Mo, it was love at first listen. But many of you may not remember what we sounded like way back in the Years Of Yester. That’s why, on this historic occasion, we’re presenting seven never-before-released oldies from our earliest recordings together (when we still went by ‘Uncle Mo & The Auto-Dichotomy’). As a bonus, the E.P starts with three tracks from our original solo ventures (Olson’s Aquarium, Morris’ Blonde_0, and Olson's Monkey). TKJ and ETC are unreleased instrumental songs, which we created together in 2013. And the E.P closes with Morris' grand instrumental Wurly.
